Children under 2 years old do not pay – they’ll have their own folding children’s bed if parents ask for it.

For practical reasons, we only accept payments in cash – in Euros (€).

Concerning bookings for 5 nights or more or bookings in a future perdiod for many months, a deposit or partial payment of 25% of the total amount of the stay will be asked for.
The payment will be either via Paypal or by credit transfer (SEPA : Single Euro Payments Area)). As some people don’t like travelling with big sums of cash, it is of course possible to pay the total amount of the stay beforehand.

• Spend an unforgettable stay in one of our two rooms – bed and breakfast accommodation – located 10 minutes by underground to the center of Brussels. Our house is – bird’s eye view – 2,5km far from the city centre (Market Place) and 1,5km far from the station – Gare du Midi (Thalys and Eurostar connections). Danielle DU BOIS will welcome you with a smile in her traditional Bed & Breakfast accommodation as she is doing since 1998.
• We’ll welcome you in one of our two Bed & Breakfast rooms, on the first floor of our old family mansion.Both B&B rooms are real flats. 65m2 each (700 square feet), with their own bathroom, toilet and fullyfitted kitchen or kitchenette. Located in a very nice “Art Nouveau” neighbourhood, 10 minutes by underground from the center of Brussels, both B&B rooms are in a quiet and aerated area with the advantage of being near numerous public transport possibilities.
  Breakfast will be served at the time you wish in your own appartment consisting in the fulfilment of your choice on your arrival ! You can select :
  • - fresh orange juice
    
  • coffee, tea, hot cocolate and so on …
    
  • white or wheat bread, croissants, chocolate rolls, cereals and so on …
• For your comfort, both rooms are freely equiped with a Wifi conection.

• Nous vous accueillerons dans l’une de nos deux chambres d’hôtes, situées au premier étage de notre ancienne demeure familiale. Les deux chambres d’hôtes sont de véritables appartements de 65 m² chacun, équipés de leurs propres salles de bain et WC et d’une cuisinette ou cuisine entièrement équipée selon le cas. Situées dans un beau quartier « Art Nouveau » à 10 minutes de métro du centre de Bruxelles, les chambres d’hôtes se trouvent dans un endroit calme et aéré tout en ayant l’avantage d’être desservies par de nombreux moyens de transport en commun.
• Les petits déjeuners vous seront servis à l’heure désirée dans votre propre appartement; leur composition sera déterminée selon vos souhaits lors de votre accueil; il vous sera proposé:
  • du jus d’oranges fraîchement pressées,
    
  • du café, du thé, du chocolat chaud, etc.,
    
  • du pain blanc ou gris, des croissants, des petits pains au chocolat, des céréales, etc.

From Brussels South Station/Gare du Midi :

You arrive by train at the Brussels South Station/Gare du Midi, stay inside the station and go down to reach the underground. Take the tram #3 (towards Churchill), tram #4 (towards Stalle), tram #33 (towards Churchill), tram #51 (towards Van Haelen) till Albert Station (only four stops). Take the exit #3 (Avenue Albert), take on your left the Avenue Albert then second on the left (Avenue de la Jonction) and then, first street on your right, the Square Larousse, it’s a small dead end street. Our home is on your left, #22. Press the upper bell button (Caruso – Du Bois) near the big wooden door.

From Zaventem Brussels Airport :

Walk to the stop « Brussels National Airport» and take the IR Train towards Bruxelles Midi/Brussels South ; then you arrive by train at the Brussels South Station/Gare du Midi, stay inside the station and go down to reach the underground. Take the tram #3 (towards Churchill), tram #4 (towards Stalle), tram #33 (towards Churchill), tram #51 (towards Van Haelen) till Albert Station (only four stops). Take the exit #3 (Avenue Albert), take on your left.
