  The sea is about 5 miles distant to the Adriatic in the east & 20 miles to the Ionian in the west.

how to get there:

Villa Madoninna is on the Ostuni to Ceglie Messapica road . About 2 km out from Ostuni you arrive at a cross road sign (the first on the road, its small so watch out for it). Turn left here and follow the road until you see a right turning which you take.
The villa is the second gate on the right.
