• Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the northwest portion of Rome, inside the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Ring Road) adjacent to Via Trionfale, an important urban artery that leads direcly to the Vatican.
• Our excellent position (Just 80 metres from the Ottavia station of the FM3 Metro) makes it easy to reach the centre of the city, Saint Peter’s and Trastevere in a few minutes and without needing to transfer.
• A completely refurbished villa the B&B offering tranquillity,comfort and plenty of lush vegetation:
• This is one of a few places in Rome where in spring, you can still see and hear swallos overhead!.
• Shops, restaurant, banks, supermarket and shopping centre are in the immediate vicinity.
• The interior spaces are warm and cosy with reminders of the countryside. Common room and bedrooms have been decorated using pieces from the past, as much as possible.
• The abundant nd well-prepared breakfast can be either continental or English-style and it is served in the breakfast room or, when weather permits, on the veranda facing the garden which is always available for guest use as the barbecue. An ADSL hight-speed internet point is available in the sitting room.
• For our guests who arrive by car, an off-street parking place can be reserved free of charge; bicycles are also available.
• Extra facilities: transfer to and from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, bikes and school of…..Italian cooking!!.
• Our rooms are comfortable and cosy and can have either private or shared bathroom. In addition ,the rooms have air-conditioning,mini fridge, DVD player and a large selection of films.
• When you arrive, we’ll give you keys for both the house and your room so that you are free to come and go as you wish.
• We have also a comfortable one-room apartment available for families or groups of up to five guest.The unit includes bathroom, kitchenette and tv.

how to get there:

BY PLANE: From the Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport, take the FM1 train and get off at Trastevere station. Then take (at the same station) the FM3 metro line toward Cesano-Viterbo and get off at OTTAVIA STATION. Walk for about 80 metres in Via Casal del Marmo until you reach the B&B at the no. 79 TRANSFER BY CAR ARRANGED ON REQUEST (35 euros for 3-4 pax).

FROM THE CIAMPINO AIRPORT: Take the Schiaffini bus line (info: www.shiaffini.com or www.adr.it ) to the Anagnina metro station (Metro line A) . Then take metro line A toward Battistini and get off at Valle Aurelia station. Next take the FM3 metro line toward Cesano-Viterbo and get off at Ottavia station. Walk for about 80 metres in Via Casal del Marmo until you reach the B&B at no.79.

TRANSFER BY CAR ARRANGED ON REQUEST: (35 euros for 3-4 pax)

WITH CAR: From the motorway: take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (ring road) toward Aurelia and exit at Via CASAL DEL MARMO, continue along Via Casal del Marmo for about 4,5 km , VILLA ROME B&Bis at no.79.

WITH TRAIN: From Termini train station: Take metro line A toward Battistini and get off at Valle Aurelia station. Next take the FM3 metro line toward Cesano-Viterbo and get off at Ottavia station.

Walk for about 80 metres in Via Casal del Marmo until you reach the B&B at no.79.
