- Welcome to Casa Nova D'en Borra, a Catalan masia, situated in the La Selva region of Girona province - fifteen minutes south of Girona city centre, ten minutes from Girona airport and easy access to the coast, mountains, Barcelona and France.
- Casa Nova D'en Borra, a privately owned house, is open all year round and offers both guesthouse and private let accommodation.
- The masia is set within an estate of fifteen hectares and has an open aspect to the south, looking out from the walled garden and porch area, over fields to it's cork wood and hazelnut grove in the stunning La Selva countryside. The masia is totally private, yet not isolated, with the nearest villages and restaurants two minutes away.
- Built in 1853 and updated in 2009, the masia is a generous and charming house that offers modern comfort within it's 19th Century walls, with many traditional features such as the 1850 wood burning oven and Catalan vaulted and beamed ceilings, all with a sense of light and space.
- Facilities in the house include wifi internet connection, satellite tv, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryers and access to all the house amenities. The house has central heating, a wood burning stove and ceiling fans. Outside is the private pool, walled and fenced garden, large summer porch with bbq, tables, chairs, ceiling fans, fridge, kettle, sun loungers and parasols. Guests are welcome to explore the estate.
- Days can be as active or as lazy as you wish at Casa Nova D'en Borra. The masia is superbly located for guests to enjoy all aspects of Catalunya, from wandering through medieval villages, playing golf at the PGA Catalunya, walking and cycling, visiting Dali's museum, exploring Girona's markets, savouring La Boqueria in Barcelona to enjoying a lazy lunch on the Costa Brava.

Transport links are excellent. The masia is both ten minutes from Girona Airport and the AP-7 road, exit 8, and fifteen minutes from both Girona and
Caldes de Malavella train stations, for easy access into Barcelona. Barcelona airport and port are one hour to the south and Perpignan airport and train station one
hour to the north. Full directions will be sent at time of reservation.
